Private notes can be viewable by everyone

I tried the private notes feature. But regardless whom I mention and whatever their roles are. All of the agency users can see the private notes. make sure we can select who can see the [private note

Oh got it. yes, it is viewable to everyone in my agency. Can it be like viewable by only the mentioned people? As it is sometime needed to send instructions to a specific people or group of people in an agency.

This is actually a very good point, this is no yet in the planning, but I'll move this bug to a feature instead!

Hey Zaeb thanks for this, this is pretty scary! Are you talking visible to everyone in your team? If yes, this is normal for now! Private notes are in the sense of "private to the agency"
