Onboarding Automation
It would be helpful to have an automation where a document with dynamic items like 'clients name', 'company name' will be created automatically when a customer onboards into the platform.
Currently the templates has to be manually copied over to the client's document which has to be done manually as well. This is a big issue imo as the client can't understand and see anything after getting in for the first time.
Moreover, the template isn't working for me. I have to copy the whole text from the template and then paste it to the client's document.
Finally, the video on the document has to be re-uploaded everytime. I really wish if there was a way we can choose file from our 'media storage' and put that anywhere we would like.
