Ability to restrict clients to “Not started” when creating tasks
Why it matters:
Keeps the workflow clean—clients can submit work but can’t jump the queue or overload In progress, so the team controls pacing.
What it should do:
Plan-level toggle: “Clients can create tasks only in ‘Not started’.”
When on:
Client users see the + New task button only in Not started.
Drag-and-drop to other columns is blocked for them.
Agency teammates keep full control.
